Post-Jam Update

We took some time to update the game with some of the things we couldn't do during the Jam. Here are some highlights:
- Added two new locations: Lake & Train Station.
- Added difficulty scaling and a highscore counter.
- New items, item portraits and extra dialogues.
- Miscellaneous polish & fixes.
